Hanley consulting & training deliver the Building Energy Assessor Training Assessor
course in a practical down to earth manner by allowing you one week between each
workshop day to apply your learning’s and digest the material.
Research shows that attempting to complete courses in a series of consecutive days
not only puts pressure on people but also ensures that the learning becomes all about
the exams.

Admission Policy:
Appropriate construction related qualification, at least National Certificate Level 6, Advanced
Certificate or Higher Certificate in construction studies or other relevant discipline or equivalent.
Duration:
2 workshop days and assessment on week three.
Examination policy:
3 assignments (30% of total marks), question examination (30% of marks) and a practical
examination (40% of total marks). An overall score of 70% for registration as aBER assessor
is required.
Certification:
SEI and FAS approved at FETAC level 6 award.
Resource Requirements:
Laptop and scientific calculator.
Course Fee:
€1,650 per participant inclusive of course materials and lunch.
