Assessor Training Existing Dwellings

Training is not mandatory for Existing Dwellings Assessors (SEI) who have already completed the New Dwellings Assessor Course.

However, it may be advisable to attend a workshop to prepare you for the national exam that is currently being devised by SEI. However, in order become an approved assessor under the Greenloan Scheme training can only be conducted by NETA (National Energy Training Academy) www.neta.ie . This means that if you are not an approved Greenlaon Assessor you can't carry out assessments under the scheme.

The NETA workshop will not only prepare you for the national exam but you will also be able to carry out assessments under the Greenloan Scheme should you successfully pass the Greenloan examination.

N.B: Due to the high demand for this workshop not all applicants will be offered a place. NETA reserve all rights to the selection process. Workshops will be delivered nationwide by Greenlaon approved trainers only.
